• How do I register as a buySolar user?

  To register, click 'Login' and tap on 'Not a Member yet'.

  On the sign up screen, create a username and password, then enter your email address and mobile number. Click 'Sign Up'.

• I forgot my password, what should I do?

  To reset your password:

  1. On the login screen, click 'Forgot Password'.
  2. Enter your email address and click 'Submit'.
  3. An email with a reset password link will be sent to your inbox. Click on the link to proceed.
  4. Enter your new password and confirm it, then click 'Reset Password'.
  5. After successfully resetting your password, log in again.
• How do I change the information in my account?
  1. After logging in, go to the menu and click on your account name to access your Profile page.
  2. Click on the information section you intend to edit and save the changes accordingly.
• How can I change my password?

  To change your password:

  1. After logging in, go to the menu and click on your account name to access your Profile page.
  2. Click 'Change Password'.
  3. Enter your old password and new password, then click 'Change Password'.
• How can I update my phone number on buySolar?

  To update your phone number:

  1. After logging in, go to the menu and click on your account name to access your Profile page.
  2. Edit your phone number in the information section.
  3. Click 'Save' to save the changes.
