Solar System with NEM (Net Energy Metering) Scheme

Cancellation of order is allowed before the NEM approval and final payment is made. Cancellation of existing order will attract cancellation charges. The cancellation charges and refund policy is clearly stated in the proposal of the solar service provider’s terms and conditions section.

No cancellation of order is allowed once the final payment is made.

Products are not returnable after installation.

Solar System for SELCO (Self-Consumption)

Cancellation of order is allowed before the final payment is made. Cancellation of existing order will attract cancellation charges. The cancellation charges and refund policy is clearly stated in the proposal of the solar service provider's terms and conditions section.

No cancellation of order is allowed once the final payment is made.

Products are not returnable after installation.

Insurance

Cancellation of the insurance contract is subject to the terms and conditions of policy.

EV Chargers

Returns are only allowed if the Product you purchased is already or discovered to be damaged or defective when delivered to you. If the Product delivered to you is damaged or defective, you can within 3 working days upon receiving the Product ordered from the buySolar website, call our Hotline number at 60 19-207 4988 or alternatively, send us an email at moreinfo@buysolar.my.

You will need to send a photo of the damaged/defective Product to our Hotline number or our email address. We will respond accordingly by sending a team over to your location to inspect the Product and collect the Product for return.
